Monterosa Constructions Ltd. is a newly established, fully registered Civil Construction Company. It was established in Lagos in January 2009.
Monterosa Constructions Ltd. is part of the ever growing De Simone group of companies and follows the establishment of companies in both Burkina Faso and Liberia.
De Simone has been successfully winning and completing jobs in several parts of West Africa, with projects already handed over in countries like Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger. The Company has seen a strong and constant growth of business in different sectors and the expansion finds parts of its roots in several repeat business jobs that prove that Clients are satisfied with the competitiveness, craftsmanship and professionalism of De Simone.
Monterosa Constructions Ltd. is no exception to this rule: its first project, currently under way, is the new Nestle’ Factory at Shagamu, Ogun State. The job currently covers an area of 168,000 m² and work began on July 21st, 2009.
